2018 Holiday Crunchyroll Store
Black Friday & Holiday Gift Guide

 

In creating and producing the Black Friday 2018 assets, I was told to use our mascot to advertise the Black Friday Sale as we had done the year before. I did some strategic assessing and changed the concept to focus on product, as I believed it would do better.

​

Partnering with multiple teams and stakeholders, I created a landing page, site experience, paid media ads, social media ads, video ads, and emails. 

​

The metrics of this project showed it was a good choice as the total sales were $351,923.00, up 1000% from year over year. Just one email sent out had higher conversion orders than average, totaling just under $20,000. A new top bar element I implemented had 471 conversion orders, totaling over $40,000.

​

In addition to holiday sales, this was the first time a gift guide was implemented during the holiday season. This consisted of a landing page, emails, social, and store paid ads.
